hmm...according to Richards, the tax rate will be disposed of in the House:

"Tossed from the constitutional amendment will be a specific tax rate -- 50.65 percent -- on revenue from casino wagers and details about how the state would spend those proceeds, said Richards, D-Bowling Green."

the goverment just trying to stole more money... doesnt matter where they find it!!!

Considering Yung pitched in over a million bucks, to pacs, in the last run for Casinos, I can see he would say . . .too high.

That is if your consider the million he has already blown trying to buy a license. I see this as his last ditch effort. Either that or clean up the Casinos you already own Mr. Yung.
