This faction of the Congress, affectionately called the Hell No Caucus (parading under the Tea Party moniker) are political amateurs, extremists and self-centered impostors who exist only by the hand of extremist PACs and 501(C)4 orgs. Their mere existence is an unholy contradiction. They claim to swing the broadsword of the people and claim to carry the torch of the Liberty yet they are proxies of the same evil they claim to hate; MONEY and POWER.
They love to cite the Federalist Papers and hold that amazing document as a Christian would the KJV of the Holy Bible, yet they cherry-pick this publication in the manner of a hypocritical Evangelical preacher.
This whole debacle was put into motion by a Junior Congressman from North Carolina, Mark Meadows, citing this from the Federalist No 58 in a letter to the Republican leadership
… “James Madison wrote in Federalist No. 58 that ‘the power over the purse may, in fact, be regarded as the most complete and effectual weapon . . . for obtaining redress of every grievance,’ ” the letter said.
Yet if they, those that are deceitfully holding sway over the power of the purse, really believe that the dismantling of Obamacare is worth the destruction of the Republic let them pick up their sword and fight in the streets or yield to the power of compromise. But they seem blind to the fact that compromise can only be realized when compromise is indeed possible. Alexander Hamilton said in the Federalist No.85 .
I never expect to see a perfect work from imperfect man. The result of the deliberations of all collective bodies must necessarily be a compound, as well of the errors and prejudices, as of the good sense and wisdom, of the individuals of whom they are composed. The compacts which are to embrace thirteen distinct States in a common bond of amity and union, must as necessarily be a compromise of as many dissimilar interests and inclinations. How can perfection spring from such materials? … Alexander Hamilton…
We must extract the vermin from within the hallowed halls of our Congress and Senate. If unchecked, this misguided revolutionary fervor among this extreme faction of the Right, coupled with the Marxist ideology of the Secular Progressive Left, will usher in their swift destruction either by the Democratic process or by force. The collective voices of all Americans, of all Religions, Races and Creeds will not stand idly by and allow the greatest Nation in the history of human civilization to be destroyed by the radical few. We will fight and fight now.
If they, the extremists within the Tea Party, truly bring forth the fruits of Liberty let them follow the doctrine of Liberty and yield to the collective power of the People. Let them follow this creed;
But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security…. Declaration of Independence
So be warned.
