I Filed a Complaint Against Say No To Casinos

Real simple; Say No To Casinos is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization, they are limited by law in regards to the amount of lobbying they can do. I believe they participate in excessive lobbying. Thats it. I will not say much more than that, let the people who governs these sort of things figure it out.

I assume, when you filed your complaint, with the IRS,you provided them with the logic of how you came to make a decision to
challenge their 501c.

Unless, you are just out to do what you can to discredit John Mark Hack, spokesperson for SAY NO TO CASINOS,then I see little logic for such a complaint.

The Governors proposal for a constitution amendment to allow Casinos . . . only had baby legs, which means its tiny legs can only carry it so far.

Yours is a post of SORE LOOSER. And, in the end your report to the IRS, will gain nothing, and still the HORSE LOBBY has been turned down again. What is four times now?

So, get mad at whomever you please, but your phoney, sore looser claim will not get any legs with the IRS.

IMO, you filed with IRS to make a story, to try to take chicken dunk into chicken salad.

I am sure, since you are the person filing you will be honorable enough to keep us BLOGGERS posted on your complaint.

You are what I call a typical "Village Idiot" every blog has one and you have graduated to be the village idiot for all the dem blogs in Kentucky, congratulations and if you had any clue you would be dangerous JAS.

I suppose you also filed a complaint against the bluegrass freedom fund last for the same reason. Do you see a difference?

The rule is 15% of resources can be devoted to lobbying. ACCORDING TO RECORDS "SAY NO" IS significantly below that.

If you go back and look as the exposure of this issue, then you will see the vast majority of the efforts, focus on educating the public on the issue through local, regional meetings, publications and of course BLOGS.

SAY NO will stand the scrutiny of the IRS.

I did not see a post about BLUEGRASS FREEDOM FUND, which had one huge hit, by a man interested in getting a Casino license in Kentucky. A man that has lost his license in other states.

You mention nothing of this, because that pours COLD WATER on an issue you have raised is actually a waste of time. But, in the end you will see your complaint is what is called....FRIVOLOUS.

Your reading skills are apparently impaired by your anger and your pissed off attitude.
Which, you will have to deal with.

SAY NO TO CASINOS FOKES . . ..JUST SAY NO!

And thanks for the title VILLAGE IDIOT.
Even a VILLAGE IDIOT can see thru your blogs.

The thing I notice is that last year the Rural Democrat was extremely vocal against the bill to require teenage girls to get the HPV vaccine.

But I have yet to read a post about the same bill being filed this year.

What any blogger has to do is to reflect what their original purpose was in the beginning, and if and why it changes.

Are you sure they are a 501c3 and not a 501c4?

Are you sure they are a 501c3 and not a 501c4?
